Virtual Job Shadowing: Our Virtual Job Shadow Program connects alumni and employers to students for one-hour informational interviews.The job shadowing experience should be at least one day (minimum of six hours) and can extend to two days. Students should leave their job shadow day with a realistic idea of what it is like to be in your job. As a host, we encourage you to involve your student in your daily work activities as a means to assist the student in evaluating their potential career options. Students may enjoy tours of your workplace, meetings with key members of your team and/or organization, learning about your specific career path and receiving career advice from someone currently employed in their field of interest.
